Spotify Song Metadata
If you search for or select songs through the Spotify integration, WaveVisual uses song metadata such as track title, artist, album art, links, and audio analysis data to generate your design. We do not access your Spotify account, Spotify listening history, or private Spotify user data.

- To save, render, export, and deliver your designs and files.

Uploaded Content, QR Codes, and Retention
WaveVisual stores and processes your uploaded audio, images, design settings, QR destinations, and exports so you can edit, download, purchase, and use your designs. We intend QR codes and short links to remain available where reasonably possible, but we may disable, expire, redirect, or remove them when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical reliability, discontinued features, or service changes.
We keep account, design, order, and uploaded content data for as long as needed to provide WaveVisual, support purchases, maintain business records, comply with law, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backups, logs, invoices, tax records, and fraud-prevention records may be retained after account or design deletion where required or permitted by law.
