What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
If you purchased credit packs, your credits never expire and remain available even after canceling a subscription. Subscription-based credits are only available while your subscription is active.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for subscriptions within 14 days of purchase. Single digital orders and credit packs are non-refundable, but you can continue editing your design for 24 hours after purchase. Contact our support team if you have any issues.
Can I use my designs commercially?

What payment methods do you accept?

How does the annual billing discount work?
